At this time, we accept private paying clients only. We are unable to accept Tricare and Florida KidCare patients, which includes Medicaid, MediKids, Florida Healthy Kids, and Children's Managed Care Plan. Youngsters Occupational Therapy, LLC also does not accept individuals with Medicaid or Medicaid health insurance programs from out-of-state as private paying clients for medically-based care. Occupational therapy services are paid for by consumers at the beginning of each appointment. Methods of payment that are accepted include cash, check, or debit/credit cards with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover logos. A tax identification number will also be provided that enables you to deduct qualifying medical expenses for tax purposes.
