Our Story
Welcome! Whether you were guided here because you have concerns about your child’s development, your child recently received a medical diagnosis, or your child just seems to be having a hard time with daily activities, it can be difficult to know what to do and where to go. My name is Ashley and I am so glad that you are here 😊. I am a pediatric occupational therapist, which is a health care provider who assists children in participating in activities that occupy their time. I value getting to know you, your child, and your family in order to support the development of your young child and prepare them to succeed in everyday life activities.
It was my own personal journey years ago after having a head injury and then later discovering my rare condition that led me to start Youngsters Occupational Therapy, LLC. My experiences with both health care and educational systems has fueled my passion to create personalized services that make a difference in the life of your child and family. I build on your child’s individual abilities, foster his or her individual potential, and design care to meet the needs of your child and family. In order to support you and your child, therapy occurs in natural environments such as in your home, at community playgrounds, parks, beaches, day cares, schools, as well as online, and so much more.
